(NEWSMAX) U.S. law enforcement agencies are conducting thousands of investigations using a law that makes violating state wildlife statutes a federal crime, often ensnaring hunters and fishermen for seemingly minor infractions.

Some even suffer stiff federal prison sentences.

Special agents and wildlife inspectors for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service conduct about 2,500 investigative cases a year of violations of the Lacey Act, a 1900 law meant to combat illegal trafficking of wildlife. 1. THIS OBAMA IS REAL PAIN IN THE A$$ PERSON. HE WILL DO ANYTHING TO PISS OFF AMERICANS. THIS MAN IS UNREAL. MAYBE HE NEED TO DO SOMETHING LIKE GEY JOBS FOR HIS SPECIAL PEOPLE WHO ARE ON FOOD STAMPS, AND WELFARE…….

  2. People need to start learning about Admiralty Law. When you walk into a court room and see a American flag with gold fringe, refuse to contract with them and they can do nothing to you. If they still want to try you, insist that it be moved to an Article III court which is Common/Constitutional Law. They can pass all the BS laws they want. If they can't get you to contract with them in Admiralty court they have nothing. In Common Law court… No victim = No Crime.
